Our cuisine features creative kaiseki dishes made with a plethora of seasonal local ingredients.

We serve each dish at its ideal temperature, hot or cold, one by one. We eschew flashy presentations in favor of quality over quantity.

Our dishes are served in Echizen pottery, one of Japan's six ancient kilns, or in lacquerware from Kawada, offering a taste of local rustic flavors and a feast for the eyes.

Our main dish is a fillet steak made from select A4 grade or higher black Wagyu beef.

Each spring to autumn, we offer a limited-time abalone dish.

Indulge in two live abalones per person, sumptuously prepared.

Enjoy the crisp texture of raw abalone, shabu-shabu, and abalone steak, tender and juicy with the essence of the sea.

Winter Special: Echizen Crab Kaiseki Meal



Our dish features a whole "Echizen crab" from Fukui Prefecture, marked with a yellow tag.

The crab sashimi and grilled crab shell with crab miso offer an indescribable richness that can only be experienced with tagged Echizen crab.

We offer plans for one crab per two people or one crab per person.
